B.W. (Wayne) Sandlin began as a wedding and portrait photographer in 1970 after military service. He received his Bachelor of Arts in creative photography from Northeast Louisiana University in 1973. After graduating, Wayne worked as a civil service photographer for the State of Louisiana and operated a Portrait and Wedding Studio. In 1977 he moved to Houston and in the early 80’s, worked on his Master of Fine Arts at the University of Houston. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s his black and white fine art photography began being exhibited in art galleries in the Houston area and he continues to work on his black and white art. He is a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the Texas Professional Photographers Association , Inc. (TPPA), The Professional Photographers Guild of Houston (PPGH), and The Association of Bridal Consultants. With many years of experience in the photographic field, Wayne can offer you the confidence in knowing that his portrait and wedding services will more than meet your expectations.
Lyn Sandlin not only works as a second photographer capturing black and white images at weddings, she also designs our clients' wedding albums. Lyn designs both traditional wedding albums and the custom art layout albums with the couples' style in mind.
